Video game addiction has become a real problem among young people in the U.S., and an even bigger one in China, which has announced it’s shutting down all online gaming to teens on school days. NBC’s Tom Costello talks to Dr. K and others for In Depth TODAY.

Ask for their expert opinion and help. Be meticulous in your work.

Invite oversight and give frequent updates.

Set boundaries, offer help, bother them rarely.
